Recently, the production end of the Bucket teeth has completed a full line upgrade and iteration of the lost foam precision casting process. Compared to traditional sand casting processes, the upgraded precision molding process can effectively reduce defects such as internal pores and sand holes in castings, improve the density of metal structure, optimize product appearance accuracy and assembly fit, and further ensure the performance stability of bucket teeth from the production end.

It is reported that lost foam casting adopts a dry sand negative pressure forming process without binder, which avoids common problems such as sand sticking and porosity in traditional sand casting. The surface smoothness of the casting is higher and the dimensional accuracy is more stable. The integrated cavity structure can fully restore the designed tooth curvature and internal wall thickness, reduce subsequent machining allowance, while ensuring the integrity of metal flow lines, avoiding tissue fractures caused by cutting, and improving the overall mechanical performance of bucket teeth.

After the process upgrade, the internal structure of the bucket teeth is more uniform and dense, and the stress concentration points are significantly reduced. When subjected to impact loads, the force is more uniform, and the fracture resistance is effectively improved. The standardized molding process also reduces performance differences between batches, further enhancing product quality stability. Combined with an automated heat treatment production line, the hardness and toughness indicators of each batch of products can be accurately controlled to ensure consistent factory performance.
