Before the finished products are released from the warehouse, hardness testing, impact toughness testing, wear resistance testing, and size verification shall be carried out by sampling according to standard proportions. The core performance indicators must meet relevant industry standards and design requirements before they can be released from the warehouse. The batch traceability system that comes online is equipped with a unique traceability code for each batch of products. Through the code, the corresponding raw material information, production process parameters, testing reports, and other complete records can be queried. If there are quality issues, the process can be quickly located and customer demands can be responded to in a timely manner.
